  • SPECIAL INSURANCE OFFER AVAILABLE TO KNIGHTS: Supreme Knight Carl Anderson recently mailed a very special offer to all members in the United States and Canada between the ages of 18 and 65. The “new member plan,” a low-cost permanent life insurance product, is normally available only to new members and their wives when they join the Order. For a limited time, in connection with the 125th anniversary of the Order, the plan is being made available to existing members as well.  For more information, contact SESKnights@aol.com.
  • The Order's insurance program, Rated AAA ( Superior) by Standard and Poor's and A++ (Superior) by A.M. Best.
  • There is an Orphan Fraternal Benefit for orphans of eligible families available, a Family Fraternal benefit and a Member / Spouse Fraternal benefit (to provide free accidental death coverage for all members in good standing and their spouses).

Scholarships

  • Scholarships are available for Members and their families as well as for Seminarians. (see link for details.)
  • The Order also offers Student Loans to Members, their spouses and children.
  • For the 2006-07 academic year, the Knights of Columbus awarded scholarships totaling more than $1.5 million to 737 students. Most recipients are the children of Knights or Knights working toward bachelor’s degrees at Catholic colleges and Catholic universities in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the Philippines.  These figures include $307,500 in grants to 126 seminarians in the United States and Canada.
